Five nights a week, the long queue outside the eye-catching, converted shopping centre on Hooker Boulevard reflects the excitement and intrigue that materialises inside Dracula’s Cabaret.

It’s a Gold Coast landmark and adult’s playground, this multi-level mansion of horrors with a delectable 3-course dinner and an MA 15+ cabaret show.

After opening in Melbourne in 1964, Dracula’s Gold Coast began its run in 1984, quickly making a name for itself as the city’s ultimate nightlife entertainment experience. Since then, its a-la-carte restaurant and bar have been refurbished multiple times to accommodate an ever-growing number of patrons eager for a unique experience.

For 2025, Dracula’s presents its latest production Menagerie, described as ‘a peer through the fractured lens of nature’. The performances at Dracula’s are unlike any others on the Coast, offering a peculiar assortment of curiosities for guests over 15.

Witness mind-bending aerial acrobatics, live musicians, laugh-out-loud comedy, sensational vocals, and costumes so hot they should be illegal.

After doors open, groups are welcomed into a small room before being ushered onto ‘The Ghost Train’ – a spooky mini train that leads to the nightclub-style bar, with no restrictions on profanity.

Each guest receives their own waitress for the evening, and boy does this make the night – ensuring a stylish experience from the opening number to the closing curtains.

For those that like a little extra bite, beautifully-grotesque, vampire-inspired cocktails are available for purchase, served in blood bags outside the venue. Plasma bags are also available for sober guests, also served in signature blood bags.

The only extra thing we can say about Dracula’s, is prepare yourself for a sublime, wine and dine world-class spectacle. Performances run five times a week, so loosen your collar and book now for a blood-pumping experience!
